Philip G. Fatolitis, Ph.D.

Dr. Philip (Phil) Fatolitis is a retired U.S. Navy Medical Service Corps officer (Lieutenant Commander/Naval Aerospace Experimental Psychologist) and Navy Corpsman with over 23 years of active duty service. As a Human Factors Scientist at FET, he applies his education, skill, and experience to the forensic evaluation of industrial and consumer products, traffic accident reconstructions, and premises liability claims. Dr. Fatolitis offers FET’s clients extensive knowledge related to perception, cognition, performance, and other human factors in accidents and incidents. Paul D. Tucker, P.E.

As FET’s Senior Structural Engineer, Mr. Tucker applies the principles of design, analysis, testing, and safety to the forensic evaluation of damaged and deficient structures. Paul has personally designed thousands of buildings and structures, including but not limited to schools, churches, restaurants, gymnasiums, condominiums, industrial facilities, recreational facilities, retail stores, office buildings, and residential structures. Mr. Tucker is a licensed professional engineer in 9 states and offers his extensive knowledge to clients in the legal, insurance, and construction industries.
